The location in a prime part of T Nagar is handy, with function halls, temples, and essential shops nearby. The rooms are spacious, looked clean, and were good value for a one-night stay. But the supervisor keeps changing, and the person there didn't know what had been discussed when I paid the advance. I had requested extra beds well ahead, but there weren't enough available. The room and bathroom were clean, though they had a damp, musty smell. No quilt or bathroom towels were provided, and the AC remote didn't work.

The location puts you close to everything you need, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable enough for me to upload videos to my YouTube channel @DougPVlogs. I also appreciated that they let us leave our large suitcase there while we travelled to Sri Lanka. I loved staying here and would recommend it.

The location on AryaGowda street is convenient, within walking distance of all the function halls. Inside, the rooms were untidy, with cobwebs and dusty floors; the bed linen and sheets were dirty, and there was no blanket. The lobby was dirty and had cobwebs too. The caretaker was missing most of the time, and no towels or heating kettle were provided.

The rooms are comfortable and straightforward, with AC and a Smart TV. The bathroom was clean, with a hot water geyser, and toiletries were supplied. Towels and a kettle weren't provided, and there's no complimentary breakfast. You can get beverages just across from the rooms, pharmacies are nearby, and a restaurant is about 500 m away.
