The rooms are small, but well maintained, and the staff do what they can to keep guests happy. The breakfast could be better, and tea or coffee would be a nice addition. It's near the DLF back gate, though check the gate schedule: entry is 7-11 am and exit is 5:30-10:30 pm.
The staff are friendly, but upkeep has been getting worse each time I've stayed here. I've been back more than five times, and the maintenance level keeps dropping. Some ground-floor rooms have mosquitoes, and the AC doesn't work in a few rooms, which could be a problem in summer. It's a budget stay.
I booked this OYO through agoda and arrived around midnight, only to find there was no hotel there. OYO had moved somewhere else, and the place was a ladies hostel. Customer care gave me no help, and I was left disappointed. Their response was irresponsible, and I wouldn't rely on these OYO bookings. Be careful.
The room was decent, but the price felt high. They didn't leave a water bottle in the room, the cleaning wasn't done properly, and the service needs improvement.
The location and amenities both fell short. The hotelier was unfriendly and wouldn't listen to anything. This has been my worst experience with OYO rooms so far, so please avoid booking here.
