The Redstone

Parking was tricky by car because there’s room for just one car and most of the space is taken up by bikes and scooters. Parking a bike or scooter just outside was manageable. The room rates were reasonable, the stay was comfortable, and I didn't have any major issues. Staff were helpful and handled guests professionally. I needed an early check-in because my bus arrived ahead of schedule. I called first and was told it would cost ₹200, but on arrival they initially quoted ₹300. Once I reminded them about the earlier conversation, they agreed to ₹200 and let me check in early, which I appreciated. On checkout day, a power issue left the lift out of order. My room was on the 4th floor, so carrying all my luggage down the stairs was difficult and inconvenient.

The calm atmosphere and good service made for a pleasant, hassle-free visit. At Redstone Hotel Nungambakkam, the rooms were clean and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.
