We were wrongly accused of making a disturbance during our stay, which was baseless and shocking. The staff jumped to conclusions without checking the facts, treated us disrespectfully, and didn’t handle the situation calmly. Management showed no accountability and made no real effort to hear our side, which made everything more frustrating. As paying guests, we expected basic courtesy and professionalism, but got neither. Being wrongly blamed and treated poorly is unacceptable. Think twice before booking if you expect a peaceful and respectful stay. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had because of the staff and management’s unprofessional, irresponsible behavior.

They blamed us before verifying the facts, and staff training seemed insufficient for dealing with guests with courtesy. We felt disrespected and unwelcome. This treatment fell short of what we expect from a premium stay, and we can’t recommend the property to people looking for a seamless, courteous experience.

I’ve visited Treebo Fourth Avenue regularly for business and have received the same high quality treatment from the team each time. Special mention to Mr. Haji & Praveen. I want to appreciate the great hospitality, ambience, and service quality. Breakfast could have more options, but the great location, facilities, and hygiene more than make up for it.

I can’t comment on the rooms or service because I wasn’t able to check in. I’d used Treebo in Hyderabad and found it decent for the price, but Chennai was the worst experience. I spoke to a Treebo customer care executive about the property and made the booking on Agoda under payment at check-in. Then Treebo emailed saying that due to high demand, I should book in advance. I paid, but when I went to the property on the check-in date, the location was different and I lost my money. Agoda couldn’t help because I’d paid Treebo directly, not Agoda. Treebo wasted so much of my precious time. Please double-check before booking.
