I wouldn’t recommend this place. When I checked in late, the older caretaker was fully drunk, and the other one wasn’t answering calls. I had to wait more than 30 minutes to get a room. The property wasn’t maintained properly, and the customer service WhatsApp number didn’t respond to my concern. It was a very tough experience and didn’t feel safe.

The view from my room was excellent, and I could get up early and study peacefully. It wasn’t noisy at all, and the washroom was clean. I booked the place for the night before an exam while staying in busy Chennai. It’s not on the ground floor, and the service was decent, though I had to ask for a towel. There was a lot of dust in the room, probably because it hadn’t been used for a long time.

There’s limited car parking for guest cars, but it is available. Treebo eco stay is a nice, clean budget option in a prime location in Chennai ( Nandanam ), close to many important spots in the city. Service is very good, with a bunch of polite and cooperative staff.

I stayed at the same hotel for 2 days and ran into all of these problems. The water was fully polluted, and seeing its colour made me unable to take a bath. The place was dusty, especially the table and sofa, which I couldn’t go near. Pillow covers and bed sheets didn’t seem to have been washed and had a bad smell. There were so many mosquitoes that I couldn’t sleep peacefully. Toiletries weren’t provided unless requested, and there was no intercom to contact reception for anything. Not the right place to stay.

The surroundings were quiet and serene, with greenery all around, and the place felt very environment friendly. It was nice and homely, and the room was big, spacious, and clean. The toilet being outside was good. Breakfast was simple and tasty, though the towels need replacing with new ones. I enjoyed my stay. Very good for a short stay, pl keep it up.
