It's a convenient spot if you're trying to get to the airport, and the staff are supportive. There's a vegetarian hotel downstairs for food. The rooms are small, some don't have a wash basin, and there's no lift.

We'd booked three deluxe rooms but were given classic rooms instead. After I called OYO customer care, they arranged the deluxe rooms. The room itself was okay, but the bathroom geyser wasn't working. Repairing it took one to two hours, so we couldn't rest properly during that time.

Getting to the place is easy, but parking isn't great. The rooms and cleanliness were just okay, and room service was lousy as usual. If you book through OYO, check with reception that they've given you the right rooms.

The metro station nearby has two different routes to choose from, and there are popular restaurants close by too. The hotel was really nice to stay in, with big rooms. I had a lot of fun relaxing there.

Stay away from this place. I booked through OYO and was charged extra. They wouldn't let me into my room until I'd paid the full amount, even though I planned to stay more days. The staff were rude and spoke to me in a threatening tone. Worst hotel in Chennai, and I'm disappointed OYO works with places like this.
