The pricing was reasonable, and the stay was good overall. Room service was great: they brought hot juices and drinks on request, and when an emergency meant we couldn't book another room, they provided an extra bed and made room for an additional person in our existing four-sharing room. Getting there was the hard part. Parking is a major hassle, though we used public transport and weren't affected. Metro construction made it difficult to reach the entrance, and giving cab or auto drivers directions to the hotel's side road was tough.

The place was really disgusting. The rooms smelled, the washrooms were very dirty, and it didn't seem like rooms were cleaned. The room service boys were polite and helpful, but we waited around 30 minutes for a blanket change. The phone in room 306 didn't work for calls, which was really stupid, and the food was a bit expensive. Please don't just charge for the room and food, maintain cleanliness too. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Sorry to say it was very unhygienic.

I usually book reputed hotels, but in an emergency I made a last-minute reservation here through agoda and regret it. The hotel and rooms are very old and unclean. Every room I checked smelled, and there were roaches, so book only if you're willing to spend a night with them. Several things didn't work: proper lights, the fan regulator and charger plugs. Management really needs to renovate. The staff were polite and showed me the rooms, and the dosa I had for breakfast was good.

I strongly wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's unhygienic and poor value, with an old door and furniture, a small bathroom and a smell. Worst of all, there were lots of cockroaches everywhere. The guest lift on the second floor wasn't working. Beware, don't go here. I'd give it zero stars.
