I booked an A/C room from July 2 to July 5. They sent photos of nice rooms when I made the booking, but gave me a different room when I arrived. After that, they changed my room three times. Ravi didn't seem to understand how to treat a customer and asked for more money. The rooms weren't worth what I paid. The bedsheet looked unwashed, like one used in a non-A/C room, and the staff caused too much disturbance. I'm not satisfied. I wasted my money and the staff behaved badly.

At midnight on 15/04/2024, I arrived with my family after booking a room and paying the confirmation fee, only to be told there was no room for us. I'd first tried calling the owner, but the number went to OYO rooms. OYO support said they'd arrange another room. Then the staff said they wanted extra money. OYO had charged 800 rupees, but they initially asked for 1700, and when I agreed, they raised it to 2500. They showed no kindness at all. It felt like the team just wanted to rob people. The worst experience of my life.

I'd booked through OYO for the night of 17th March, 2024, but when I arrived at 12:30 in the middle of the night, they told me there was no room. Booking this place online? Good luck.

They refused to let me check in, and the hoteliers behaved arrogantly. I really regret making the booking. Absolutely wouldn't recommend it.

The manager and staff were greedy. Even after I'd paid in full, they had the nerve to ask for more money, while OYO left me waiting for 45 minutes. The worst hotel experience I've ever had.
