We paid ₹800 per night for extra mattresses, ₹1,600 altogether, which felt like a rip-off. The rooms and facilities were dirty and poorly maintained, and the staff were shockingly unprofessional. The place was unhygienic, and I checked out a night early just to get away from the situation. It was a terrible stay. If cleanliness, professional service, and basic hospitality matter to you, think carefully before booking. Customer satisfaction and cleanliness should be priorities, but this hotel failed on both. I'd strongly advise people to stay far away.

The location is great for the price, and the rooms are okay. Just don't expect much from room service.
