Requests for clean towels, room service, or even basic information took hours or were never handled. I had to go down to the front desk several times to get a simple issue sorted, and was still treated like a nuisance. From the moment we arrived, the staff were cold, rude, and dismissive. There was no greeting or smile, and when I asked for basic help, they ignored me or answered curtly, sometimes rolling their eyes. The hospitality was practically nonexistent. It felt like we were a burden instead of guests, and it was the worst hotel experience I've had in all my years of staying at hotels.

Location is the one real advantage here. If you have something to do right next door, the stay might be tolerable, but otherwise I can't name many positives. For three days, we didn't get a justifiable price, and the service was pathetic. Apart from maybe one man at reception, the staff seemed to be random guys. There was no dress code, and they were careless and hasty when responding. They didn't seem bothered by requests, and some even appeared upset that guests were there. No room service was done. The place was shabby already, and they never cleaned the bathrooms or provided fresh towels or soap. The geyser was like a volcano, with no temperature settings or cutoff. Showering meant choosing between arctic cold and inferno. I burned my hand when turning on the wash basin because it gave out boiling water.

The location made this good value for money. The rooms were nicely done and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend it to others.
