Hotel Twigo Inn

Room service could take 2-3 hours, or might not arrive at all. On the second day, I called four times for room cleaning, but no one came, and eventually I had to go downstairs and raise my voice. I stayed for three days after my booking at occazia paradise was moved the day before arrival to another hotel called via twigo inn Aka versova inn. They said it was due to maintenance or something. I’d booked a premium room, but the other hotel was a mess, with a room worse than a deluxe and so cramped. There were mosquitoes, insects, cockroches and who knows what else😇. The bathroom smelled awful, the heater didn’t work, and there wasn’t even a lock. Apart from a small soap, no toiletries were provided. The bedsheets and pillow covers were full of holes and very dirty, like they were centuries old. The pillows were dirty and the backseat was broken. Everything was disappointing. How can they call this a premium room?

I booked for two days but had to leave after one. When I asked for a refund for the unused day, the staff only argued and gave me nothing back. Their behaviour was poor, and when I complained, they started arguing. Both rooms had cockroaches: after I complained, they moved me, but the second room had the same problem. They were poorly maintained and clearly not properly cleaned. There was no water in the room, the AC didn’t work, and the bedsheet smelled bad. They had no clean bedsheet to replace it. I’m extremely disappointed. Please don’t book here. Negative stars.

There were mosquitoes everywhere, the hand shower leaked and wasn’t fixed properly, and the balcony looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The towels left in the bathroom were from previous guests. We had no water at the hotel, not even glasses to drink from. The manager was rude and busy on the phone when we arrived, even though we were rushing to a doctor’s appointment. He said it was our problem, not his. Breakfast wasn’t served because we had to leave at 7 in the morning; we were told it could only be served after 9, when hotels open. They have no kitchen of their own. The AC was set to 16 with no regulator, so we had to switch it on and off. The fan barely worked and only had minimum and maximum settings. If this is their so-called premium room, what can you expect from a normal one?

I really wouldn’t recommend this place. They give just one towel regardless of how many guests are staying, and their policy is to provide one small bottle of water for everyone in the room. There’s no other water source to refill it, so we had to buy water. The room was spacious, but mosquitoes and cockroaches were all over it throughout our two-day stay, from the moment we walked in. The people were unprofessional. One of the worst places you could choose for a stay.
