The reception staff were courteous and helpful, and the location is great, about a five-minute walk to the Aqua Line metro. The rooms are decent and spacious, the AC worked fine, and the bathrooms were clean. It's a good choice for a short stay. Check the beds before settling in, though. They need to be cleaner, so ask for a replacement if needed.

There were bedbugs and mosquitoes everywhere. I couldn't sleep for even one straight hour. Number 9 wouldn't answer at night, despite my calling multiple times, so that tells you about the service.

We'd requested a late check-in in advance, and confirmed the number of guests through the phone number provided by Agoda. After a long flight, we arrived and found the person meant to be at the desk asleep on the floor. We had to wake him, while another person seemed to ignore our messages to the hotel and didn't seem interested in checking us in. Maybe he was looking for extra money. He spoke very rudely, and we lost almost 30 minutes. A total disaster. I wouldn't recommend it.

The location was a plus for my layover, since it's quite close to the airport. My room was ready when I arrived, and Raju was friendly, understanding, and helpful. It was a pretty decent stay, and I'd give it four stars because of Raju.
