OYO 30693 Hotel Blue Executive

The room looked nice and matched the photos, and the AC worked okay. The bathroom was clean, though the lighting was inappropriate. But the room smelled strongly of smoking, the TV didn’t work, the bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets smelled of oils. It’s in an Industrial Area, so there aren’t many restaurants or markets nearby. The location is kind of okay, about 15-20 minutes from the airport and up to 40 minutes in rush-hour traffic. It might do if there’s no other option and you don’t want to spend too much.

I wouldn't pay more than 250 a night for what this place offers. The room was badly kept, with spit marks on the wall, stained bedcovers, and pillows that stank. The toilets were just okay. The corridors felt really shady, and I even saw dead insects. The whole place was dirty and clearly not maintained, and the staff were rude. Worst stay I've ever booked.

I’d give oyo blue executive hotel 3 out of 5. The room was clean, furnished well enough, and comfortable, and the staff were generally friendly, so check-in and checkout went smoothly. Its location also made it easy to get to attractions and restaurants. But I heard too much noise from nearby rooms and the hallway to sleep peacefully, and there was an insect in my room. The facilities and decor feel dated and need renovation. Also, OYO bookings have to be set to pay at the hotel, even if you have a discount for paying in advance. It’s an average short-stay option if location and value matter most, though the old amenities and noise hurt the stay.

The front desk staff were the worst part for me. They had no manners when speaking to customers and kept demanding extra money, going on and on about it. The bedroom and washroom smelled, and the whole hotel felt shady. Mumbai chawls are better than this place. They offer no facilities, then ask you to provide something for them. The owner should teach the front desk people at least up to fourth grade. Don't even think of visiting, not even in your dreams. Thank me later.
