The reception and housekeeping teams were especially courteous and helpful. Check-in was quick, and they accommodated my late checkout request. The room was spotless and spacious, just like the pictures, with a very comfortable bed and AC that worked perfectly. The food was fresh and flavorful, and good value for money. We got more than we paid for. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to others.

Arunaa Inn is very close to Chennai Airport, so I highly recommend it for a family stay before a flight. The hotel was clean and hygienic, with complimentary breakfast, and the receptionist was kind and responsible. I booked online, and booking manager preethi selvaraj arranged everything and made it very simple for us. Hotel Arunaa Inn is the best hotel to stay.

I checked out just four hours after arriving. The bathroom was filthy, with a dirty WC and an unbearable smell, and it was clear the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. Wi-Fi didn’t work at all. I asked several times, got told to try again or that they were turning it on, and eventually learned it doesn’t work on the second floor because of technical issues. I had to connect my laptop through my mobile and work like a turtle 🐢. When I left early because of these problems, reception didn’t even apologize. The service felt unprofessional. Save your money and look elsewhere.

The people running Hotel Arunaa Inn were sweet and welcoming, which made for a comfortable, pleasant stay. We ordered coffee and tea, and it was good. They also offer food service for an additional cost. 😊

The place was neat and well maintained, and cleaning was very good. I visited Aruna Inn Hotel Party Hall last time and had a very nice experience. Staff and management were polite and professional, and the service was excellent. It feels safe and secure, and like a good place for families to stay. I liked the service and would recommend the hotel.
