The rooms were very dirty, and there's no sign outside to identify the property. Service was poor, with no toiletries provided. When I asked about the broken TV, reception said none of the rooms had working TVs. Food wasn't available at the hotel either, and they told me to buy it outside. A really bad experience.

The approach was a mess, with muddy, waterlogged roads and a location far from the city centre. There wasn't even a hotel sign, so I had to go in and ask to confirm the place. Inside, the room smelled foul and was very dirty, with badly damaged walls and broken switchboards. Water came out of the AC when I turned it on. There was a TV, but no socket to plug it in, and reception told me, "No TV." I got a water bottle, but not the complimentary breakfast that had been promised. There wasn't even a bin in the room, just a paper bag for rubbish. I don't understand why "Fab Hotels" promotes places like this and risks its reputation.

The rooms were dark and smelled bad, and the staff were shockingly unprofessional. The receptionist barely seemed to care about the job. Fab hotel listings said breakfast was included, but none was provided. I ordered breakfast and called twice, with no response. This was the worst stay of my life. I need a refund.

Wi-Fi was the only decent thing here. The mattresses and pillows they gave us were filthy, and although staff said they'd replace them within a few hours, they never did during my three day stay despite repeated requests. The food didn't seem hygienic either, and I got food poisoning after lunch. Dinner I'd ordered still hadn't arrived by 10:30 pm. When I complained at reception, they told me, “Talk to Malik.” I spoke with the owner, who promised to sort it out, but nothing changed. Luckily, I had biscuits to eat before bed. Be aware, I wouldn't stay here again.
