The haveli-style building, lawn, trees, and plants make for a beautiful view, and the whole place feels calm and refreshing. The staff were very polite and soft-spoken, and they checked in each day about breakfast and how our stay was going. That care made us more comfortable. At first, our room seemed a little dusty and had a slight smell. We told the staff, and they promptly cleaned it thoroughly and replaced the bedsheets and curtains. I appreciated how quickly they sorted it out. We had a really pleasant stay. Thanks to the whole team, keep it up!

The food quality was poor, and the staff seemed untrained. They didn’t know how to speak or behave with guests. There was little or no service, and the property wasn’t maintained. Residents live in the same building, and the place is managed like a dharamshala. A very bad experience. Don’t stay here.

Mr. Dhanesh Sharma deserves special thanks for arranging everything so well and making us comfortable. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful heritage property. Our suite was spacious and charming, though its old door latch didn’t work properly.

The private parking was useful, and Spice Court next door has traditional music and dance in the evenings. Our stay was otherwise OK, and after we raised the issue, they promptly moved us to a better room. But the first room put us off, and when we checked the mattress, we immediately asked to switch. If you stay here, I’d book only the heritage suite. The Modern room doesn’t feel modern or worth the price. The Modern wings/Apt room is basically a room in a 3BHK apartment in an adjoining building behind the main hotel. The website photos are heavily misleading and touched up. They charge ~3000 for a room that’s objectively worse, which is too high IMO.
