The rooms and bathrooms were in awful shape, and the hotel was very dirty. The room handles were broken, the AC didn’t work properly, the TV connections had been cut, and the bedsheets smelled really bad.

Before booking, at least ask to see the room and don’t pay in advance. My room was unhygienic, the bedsheet was dirty, and there was a strong smell. The manager was quite rude and the staff were pathetic. To me, this was the worst hotel in all of Rajasthan, not just Jaipur.

At Hotel elite, the service was poor. The WiFi and TV didn’t work properly, and even after I asked several times, they wouldn’t give me the WiFi password. The washroom was very dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. They wouldn’t provide an extra mattress either, and wanted to charge more for one.

I came to Jaipur for the first time and stayed here for one night. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The commode was broken, the bed wasn’t clean, and the staff behaved badly. 😑
