There were cockroaches all over the room, including on the bed, towels, trolleys, and plates. The place was unhygienic, and the rooms smelled strongly of cigarettes and dampness. The AC wasn’t working properly either. We called staff repeatedly, but they took 20-30 minutes to respond and didn’t fix it. After long hours of work, we’d come hoping to rest, but instead dealt with the heat and bugs everywhere. For the price, it was absolutely not worth it. It felt more like a ₹500 lodge than a proper hotel. I usually don’t post negative reviews, even when something bothers me, but this was such a terrible experience that I wanted to warn others. I strongly wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Getting around was easy, with Mambalam Railway station just 0.5km away and good eateries within walking distance. The reception staff were some of the best I’ve come across, helpful, cordial, and quick to respond. They tried to sort out minor problems, and breakfast was complimentary. My room was decent. It had a bit of a bad odor, but room service sprayed freshener and that took care of it. The toilet was okay apart from a small flush issue, and there was hot water. WiFi was fast and did the job, though the connection had occasional minor issues. The price felt a little high, but was negotiable. For a short stay with easy station access, it’s a good option.

This place isn’t suitable for families. There’s a bar at the hotel, many people come just to use it, and there’s no parking. The rooms were in poor condition, with a strong cigarette smell and a terrible odor. The bathroom and toilet weren’t cleaned properly, and the bed and sheets were very dirty. The AC and fan both made a lot of noise, and we saw lots of small insects, especially cockroaches. Poorly maintained and a complete waste of money.

The ambience looked nice, but the service and staff behavior were awful. When we asked for something, they answered sarcastically, “What else do you want sir?” with so much attitude. I felt really hurt by the whole experience. Very, very disappointed 😐😐😐👏🙏🙏
