I’d paid in full through Oyo three days before arriving, but the hotel still refused to give me a room unless I paid another 1,000 per day. Oyo customer support couldn’t get a room sorted out either. They were giving rooms to groups of men and women who paid more instead of honoring my booking. Worst place I’ve visited.

I’m leaving one star just so I can post this. The rooms were dirty and full of mosquitoes, with broken bathrooms, and they don’t even clean the rooms. After booking, there was nobody at the service desk. Customer support was awful too. It felt no better than a roadside room.

They’re rude to customers, and the service is hopeless. They keep making excuses and create problems at check-in by asking for more money. It’s not worth paying to stay here. Total waste of money and time, and a really bad experience.

I booked through Oyo, but there was no hotel at the location. Nobody responded properly, including Oyo customer care. I lost my money. This feels like a complete rip-off. Don’t book through Oyo.
