OYO 42768 Sai International

I stayed for 5 days in 2018 after booking through OYO, and the poor maintenance left me shocked and disappointed. The room smelled of urine, perhaps because the toilet hadn’t been cleaned. They changed it right away when I complained, but the replacement had small cockroaches and bed bugs. There were mosquitoes around reception at night, and the WiFi wasn’t very good. The whole shopping complex smelled bad, even inside the lift. I didn’t expect the hotel to be in a complex. Staff weren’t friendly and could be very rude. The location is good for shopping, but I don’t recommend it to international travelers.

The air conditioner and solar heater both weren’t working. When we asked the receptionist, Manju, about it, her reply was annoying and her behavior was poor. I want her fired. The hotel is in a shopping zone, but I wouldn’t suggest families stay here. I don’t know why trivago recommended it. I wish I could give no rating for such a horrible stay.

I stayed here for 14 days and enjoyed it a lot. The location is very good, with Big Bazaar and other leading stores nearby. The food was great and the rooms were good. I’d recommend the hotel to my friends. 5/5

I travelled over 8 hours from Madurai to Chennai after booking a room at sai international through make my trip two days before my stay. When I got there and gave the receptionist my booking ID, they said they hadn’t received a confirmation email. I called customer care, and they contacted the hotel. They then said the AC wasn’t working. I said I could manage without it, but 15 minutes later they said there was no power. I said I could manage without power too and asked to see the room, but they told me it was under construction. I was really disappointed and didn’t have money to book somewhere else. make my trip cancelled the booking at 7 pm, and the refund was to be credited within 5 working days. Frauds, stay away from this hotel.
