The views are the reason to stay here. From the resort you can see across the valley, and the winter sunrise is breathtaking. It sits right beside Seven Sisters waterfall, which runs in full force during the monsoon and is dry in winter, so I imagine it must be incredible to see then. The rooms are lovely, with regal decor, modern facilities, and roomy balconies facing beautiful scenery. What needs work is the dining experience. We ate at the resort six times and had to repeat our orders because they were often forgotten. Room service is listed as starting at 8 a.m., but nobody seemed available to take an order until 8:45, and some staff responded reluctantly. At breakfast and dinner the restaurant was busy, yet the manager was distracted playing with children instead of overseeing things. I understand the temptation, but better attention might have prevented the repeated mix-ups. The location is hard to beat; the food and service need improvement.

The rooms had beautiful decor and were incredible, and the food at Sohra House restaurant was unbelievable. Everyone was so nice and made sure we were looked after. Atokali checked that we had what we needed along the way, always greeting us with a warm smile. Great food and service throughout. I can't recommend this place enough.

Atokali deserves a special mention for being courteous, attentive, and quick to help. Their hospitality really lifted our stay. The rest of the staff were polite and professional too, and everything ran smoothly and felt well organized. Our room was clean, spacious, and well cared for, and the atmosphere around the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. We had a great experience and would recommend it to family and friends. We’d be happy to stay here again.

The hotel is in the mountains, with spectacular views, and I had a great stay. The front desk accommodated my many requests, including a separate mattress and a room heater. Triliancy at the restaurant was also very supportive with my mother's food requests and restrictions. Highly recommend staying here.

The location is excellent, right beside seven sister fall, and the rooms are big. The staff were friendly and hospitality was good. There is a jacuzzi, but it wasn't in good working order. Cycling is offered, though the bikes were in such poor condition that you can't really cycle. Amenities are okay, but not the best, and the internet was very slow. At 19k per night without dinner, I didn't feel the price was justified by the amenities or food quality. It isn't a value-for-money resort.
