Imperial Heights Resort

We chose a valley room at Imperial Heights, and waking up to misty mountains with wide, unobstructed views across Almora valley was a delight. The sunset deck was especially memorable. We spent evenings there with tea, watching the sun go behind the peaks and taking vacation photos in the golden light. The property is huge, with lots of space in the peaceful hills, and it made us feel right at home. The whole place was clean, quiet, and restorative. Staff were attentive and professional, and Prashant Pandey deserves a special mention for helping with check-in and suggesting local places to visit. A relaxing stay with beautiful scenery and genuine service. We'll be back.

We stayed for a day and the hospitality was excellent. Service was quick, every staff member was polite, the property and location were well maintained and photogenic, the room was neat, and the food tasted good. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Feel free to book without a doubt.

I never asked for a 50-60% discount, despite what the property's response says. I was only asking about ordinary room availability and the price. The manager's tone and behavior came across as rude and dismissive, so I decided not to book. It's disappointing to see a reply built around an assumption that wasn't true. I hope management reviews how the conversation was handled and makes sure future responses reflect what guests actually experienced.

The view from our room was the only good part of the stay. There were so many spiders in the room that we couldn't sleep, and it felt like there was as much wildlife inside as outside the resort. Staff were super unprofessional, the food was pathetic, and the restaurant was full of flies. The towels were used and the WC was dirty. Please check carefully before booking.
