Nisha and Pawan in the restaurant looked after us so well. They were attentive, warm, and professional, and made our visit feel extra special. The rest of the staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. At Justa Heaven, the food was outstanding, fresh, and full of flavor. Breakfast had especially good variety and quality. The hotel itself was clean and beautiful, with a peaceful, welcoming feel from the moment we arrived. It's one of our best hotel stays, and we'd happily return. I highly recommend it.

A whole Holi party was set up at the resort, with a DJ, tasty thandai, and snacks, all on the house. The team even helped clean up when I accidentally broke a table glass. I didn't catch the manager's name, but he was a very happy guy. Nisha Chauhan was the most fantastic hostess, and Pawan and Lalit were great at dinner service. We had a great Holi weekend with our family of eight in March 2026. Rare service these days, and a five-star stay at three-star prices.

Justa has a calm, serene setting in an excellent spot, very close to a river stream. The property is nice, the food tastes good, and the staff are courteous and helpful. Nisha, the restaurant waitress, was friendly and always ready to help with what we needed. Sudhir and Khushi were hospitable as well. Keep up the good work, team Justa. I'd recommend this place and would gladly return.

The location was a bit of a downside, though it wasn't a problem with our own vehicle. The rooms were large and clean, with hot water and a room heater. We enjoyed the amazing food, and Lalit and Tanu were sweet and helpful while taking care of the service. I enjoyed my stay, and think you would too.
