The staff were polite and good, but the room’s cleanliness was disappointing. The bed wasn’t clean, and I found insects on it and elsewhere in the room. The washroom had no toiletry kit, and even towels were missing. It would be a much better stay if the hotel improved hygiene and supplied basic amenities.

Room ambience: 0. Service: 0. They don’t listen. I wouldn’t recommend this at all.

The rooms are nice and it’s a nice place, but the charges are quite high.

The service was third class and the food was extremely bad, the worst. The staff seemed uneducated and unprofessional. Mr Ajay Thakur in particular was hopeless. I think Sarovar group is going to be washed out or finished.

The location was good and so was the food, but service was slow.
