At JD RESIDENCEY, the breakfast taste and freshness fell short of what I expected, and the overall quality needs work. Service wasn't satisfactory either. Guests should be able to count on basic quality and good service, especially when breakfast is included. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the food and service for future guests.

My room was 204, and I found a cockroach in the breakfast food. That’s shocking when guest health and safety are involved. An apology by itself doesn’t address it. Management needs to treat this seriously and improve the cleanliness right away.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Cockroaches and an unhygienic room made the stay really uncomfortable, and when I raised the problem, the staff were impolite and unhelpful. The cleanliness and service fell short of what I expected from a Treebo property.

The rooms need better ventilation, and there isn’t enough space in the gallery. Room service was quite good, though the breakfast could be improved.

I found small cockroaches in Room 203, and they were still around at night, including one crawling on the bed. When I asked for insecticide, the hotel sprayed them with WD-40 🤣. The rooms are in poor condition. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
