The food was good, but the service made this a disappointing anniversary stay at Ramada Kasauli on Valentine’s Day. Dinner was slow and poorly handled: they wiped the tables with tissues, leaving them wet and dirty, and the pasta portion was tiny for the price. We had only one spoon; the extra we asked for arrived almost after we’d finished. In the morning, cold milk came for our sleeping baby. We asked for it hot, but waited nearly an hour and ended up late for the buffet breakfast. They knew it was our anniversary, but the room only had hearts made from towels. There was no complimentary cake, so we had to order one and pay separately. At the evening singing in the Hype restaurant area, there were hardly any electric heaters, and smoke from the bonfire irritated our eyes. Lots of guests left for indoor dining. For a hotel in this category, the experience was average at best, below average in some ways. Good food couldn’t make up for the slow service and lack of attention to basic needs.

The team made our stay at Ramada kasauli comfortable and enjoyable, with a welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful service. Sahil deserves special thanks for being kind, quick to help, and supportive throughout. The whole team showed care and professionalism, and we’d be glad to come back.

Breakfast had a good selection and the service there was good. Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the staff were okay. The location near mall road worked well. The rooms were clean and had a good view, though I didn’t expect there to be no smart TV. The pool was dirty and unheated. I asked them to clean it, but they didn’t honor the request. Outside, construction was going on, with no live music or atmosphere.

Waking up to the mountains from the balcony was magical, with a panoramic valley view from my room. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept, and the staff were very courteous and made sure we were comfortable. We enjoyed the in-house restaurant too, especially the varied buffet breakfast. Ramada Kasauli was a fantastic, peaceful escape from city noise. 💗

The staff were polite and helpful, and our stay went smoothly. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained. This beautiful Kasauli resort has fresh mountain air and lovely valley views, and the sunrise over the hills was unforgettable.
