The Sky Comfort - Hotel Parth Inn

Staying here was a regret. The only thing in its favor is that it’s near the Mandir. The Sky Hotels name doesn’t seem to have any bearing on Krisha hotel. Service and the way customers are treated were very rude. If you’re non-Maharashtrian, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I left feeling frustrated and undervalued because nobody followed through when I asked for help. The room attendant brushed off my concerns with answers that seemed meant to pacify me, and reception kept saying, “Yes, I will check,” without taking any action. The facilities we paid for were insufficient and below the advertised standard, so the stay fell far short of expectations. Guests deserve prompt attention and respectful treatment. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its services and staff responsiveness.

This appears to be an agency, not the actual hotel shown in the map and pictures. There is no Sky Comfort in Dwarka. After taking payment, the booking agent sent us to a different hotel at another location, while the hotel management and agent seemed to operate separately. There was no transparency about the transaction. The first double room was about 10x10ft, with space for a queen-size bed and only another 2 feet to get through to the toilet. The second room was better. They had a family room that would have been enough, but management said it was booked and wouldn’t extend it for one more night. I had paid for a late check-out, but neither the hotel nor the agent would apply that extra payment toward the tariff for an extended day. I ended up paying the full family-room rate to extend my stay.

The location didn’t feel suitable for families, and there were few dining or activity options nearby. Inside, the room was filthy when I arrived. The washroom had visible dirt and grime, and the pillows, bedding, and other items didn’t seem properly cleaned. There was no hot water, and an overpowering bad smell made it hard to feel comfortable. The staff were rude and unaccommodating, especially when I asked for early check-in. They didn’t seem to prioritize guests, which made a bad first impression. The room lacked basic amenities, and the overall stay was uncomfortable and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend it.
