The rooms were poorly maintained, cleanliness was below standard, and staff ignored our complaints. There was no accountability, apology, or effort to improve the stay. From check-in on, they were arrogant and unhelpful. Simple requests got rude replies, eye-rolling, and arguments instead of solutions. The service provider was extremely rude, and the management showed no professionalism or basic hospitality. Their behavior struck me as disrespectful and untrained, and they seemed to care only about money, not guest satisfaction. This was by far the worst hotel stay I've had. I strongly do NOT recommend it. Save your time, money, and peace of mind.

No cleanliness, no service, and no manners when speaking to guests. This is a really third-class hotel. Very, very bad. I don't think anyone should go here.

The washroom was a nightmare, with a barely working flush and a bathroom so small it felt suffocating. The rooms were in pathetic condition, and the hygiene was unacceptable. The service was shocking too. A disgraceful place and a horrible experience from start to finish. It was a complete waste of money, and I wouldn't stay here again even if they paid me.

We had told the staff that our train was at 4 AM and that we'd check out at 3 AM, but they still made us wait 20 minutes for a room inspection. We'd even asked them to call later if anything was needed. I've never experienced this kind of treatment, even at premium hotels. A sudden surge of pilgrims had left hotels and dharamshalas full and overpriced, so we had no option. Staying at Hotel Kavya, Dwarka was a big mistake. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. I strongly wouldn't recommend it, especially to anyone leaving early.
