I booked by phone two days ahead because I planned to stay here, but the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. On arrival, the receptionist said no rooms were available and refused to give me one. They asked me to wait an hour, but couldn’t promise there’d be a room then either. I left and booked somewhere else because of the poor communication and lack of professionalism.

For the price, it’s okay. The rooms smelled bad and were dirty, all the bathroom taps were rusty, the TV had no recharge, and the food was below average.

It’s a big hotel, but it isn’t maintained well. The food, cleaning, and services all need improvement.

The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the place is nicely built for a convenient stay in Chatarpur. We always stay here when visiting Bageshwar Dham. The service could be better, though, and the bathrooms feel old and outdated and need renovation.

The rooms are spacious, but the hotel really needs to improve its management. I called several times for room service, housekeeping, and extra bedding, and got no response even after two days. Room service was very poor too. This is the kind of place I’d rate below one star.
