Red Earth Tadoba

The jungle safari was a real highlight, exciting and well organized, and we felt safe throughout. The resort itself was peaceful, in a beautiful setting, with clean, comfortable rooms. Everyone was polite and ready to help, and the food was delicious too. A lovely place to relax among nature, highly recommended.

That evening walk by the lake is still what our son talks about most. Jez showed us how to pick out bird calls and spot different species, and her stories kept our curious 10-year-old hooked. She knows Tadoba's ecosystem so well, and her friendly way of sharing it made the whole walk special. We spent four nights at Red Earth Tadoba in December 2025, just the three of us. The wildlife sounds in the morning and sightings from the deck made the setting feel wonderfully close to nature. We also appreciated the resort's work with nearby villages, training and employing local people while caring for the area's ecology. Meals were a treat, with fresh local flavors, traditional tribal recipes, and creative jungle-inspired dishes. The safari boxes were packed thoughtfully, so we could head out without worrying about going hungry. There was a good balance of activities for our son and downtime for the adults, including another nature walk where he got to explore Tadoba's birdlife. It was a memorable family trip that brought us closer to nature, local culture, and each other. Red Earth has set a high bar for us, and we'd like to try more of their properties someday.

The open-air bathroom was such a fun surprise, and the hanging bridge brought out the kid in all of us. We had a great family break in this rustic resort, surrounded by proper jungle wilderness. The stay was comfortable, the food was very good, and the kind staff looked after us with a smile. Naturalist couple Jesswin & Jessrina made the experience even more exciting with their knowledge and fascinating insights about 🐅. We also enjoyed the spa session with smiling Soumya & Ashwin. Sekar and the restaurant team took good care of what we needed. A lovely place for a relaxing holiday with some adventure.

The forest setting had such a calm, earthy feel, and the soups were a particular favorite. I also liked seeing people from the local Gond community working at the lodge. The staff were attentive and respectful, and Jeswin, Jezreena, and the whole team made us feel welcome. They paid attention to little things, like packing cakes with coffee for safari drives, keeping the weather in mind, and building menus around seasonal vegetables and local ingredients. The food was delicious and suited different tastes. My room was comfortable, hygienic, and well maintained. I honestly can't think of anything they could've done better. I'd give them ten stars if I could.
