Bindiga Peak Resorts

We went for our anniversary, and the team surprised us with a lovely arrangement that made the occasion more memorable. They were courteous and helpful the whole time. The resort felt calm and pleasant, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The food had a comforting, home-cooked feel.

We loved waking up to the mountain view from our balcony, and the quiet location made it easy to unwind. Bindiga Peak Resorts is well maintained, with an infinity pool and an indoor games room to enjoy. Our room was roomy, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet had tasty options, and the staff welcomed us warmly from check-in onward. It was a big plus that the resort is pet-friendly. A great escape in Chikmagalur for couples or families.

The food team kept meals coming on time and served delicious food, and all our interactions with the staff felt warm and genuine. The front desk welcomed us and made check-in easy, which gave us a good first impression. Throughout the visit, the employees worked well together and made us comfortable. Thanks to everyone at Bindiga Resort for the attentive service. I’d be happy to return.

The location was good, but the stay was deeply disappointing. We had a confirmed booking for two rooms and were repeatedly told to make do with one. Management took no responsibility, and our concerns were not dealt with properly. The food was poor, service was very slow, and staff seemed uninterested in helping. There was no Wi-Fi, and neither the rooms nor the pool area had towels. We asked several times and got no response. The poor facilities and lack of attention to guests made this hard to recommend. I won’t stay here again and would suggest looking elsewhere.
