The property is well located, with decent rooms and nice sit outs, and the pool is a plus. We were a group of 70 staying for one night. Sachin stayed with us throughout and helped with local sightseeing, while Vignesh and his team hosted us very well and accommodated all our requests. Handling food for such a large group was a little difficult, but they managed it well. The team also made sure there was hot water early in the morning. Highly recommend the property.

We found the place calm and refreshing, with greenery and natural surroundings all around. The garden added to the peaceful feel. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful stay at The Last Resort in Kemmanagundi. It’s a lovely choice for nature lovers, couples, or anyone after a quiet hill getaway away from the busy city. I’d recommend it if you’re planning a trip to Kemmanagundi.

The garden was good, the food was good, and the rooms were clean and nice. We stayed at the last resort on the 9th and had a great time. The staff were excellent, and manager raghavendra rao made us feel comfortable. The climate was okay, and we felt comfortable throughout. We recommend this property.

We were a group of 10 and stayed at the last resort ballavara on 9th may. The hospitality was good, the rooms were clean and good, and the food was good too. We had a great time at the resort. I’m sharing my honest review and fully recommend the property.

We stayed here last month, and it was a terrible experience. The bathroom doors had no locks, so there was no privacy. Red ants swarmed our luggage and food, and rats were running around the room. We even found rat droppings on the bed and tables. The bathrooms were unhygienic, and a tap that wouldn’t stop leaking kept us awake all night. We called the manager about the pests, but nobody answered. We went to the office to complain in person and still nothing was done. Hot water was only available in the morning. There were no dustbins in the room, and we had to ask several times for a towel, soap, and toothpaste. The pool was so heavily chlorinated that you could smell the chemicals from 10 yards away. They’ve packed around 20+ rooms into a small property and have barely any housekeeping staff, which led to terrible service. With rat droppings on the bed, ants, dirty bathrooms without locks, and management ignoring our complaints, this place felt like a serious health hazard. Paying ₹2,500 a night without food was a complete waste. Skip it and save your money and peace of mind.
