They quoted me 1400, then took 1600 when I checked out. They also blamed me for taking their TV remote. The staff were rude and the people seemed fraudulent. Worst hotel I've ever seen, a very bad place to stay.

The staff were really nice, and the location near the new delhi station is good, but the rooms were awful. There was gutka everywhere and a very bad smell from the bathroom. Please take responsibility and get the staff to clean the rooms and bathrooms. I'd rate it 2/5.

We only stayed for six hours, so I didn't try any of the services. The rooms, furniture, and bathroom were all old, and even a Dharamshala seems better these days. Not suitable for families. Go only if you want a very budget hotel.

No shower in the bathroom, and the internet was slow or unavailable. The service was poor, and there wasn't even water despite the high price. I'd give this place zero stars, or less.

I really liked how they treated customers. Everything was excellent.
