The person running reception treated my family rudely and disrespectfully, which made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. A peaceful stay needs basic courtesy, especially when you're traveling with family, and that was missing here. The stay itself was disappointing as well. Whatever the facilities may be like, this kind of behavior spoils the experience. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone seeking a respectful, relaxing stay. Management needs to address how staff treat guests.

We were treated in an aggressive and intimidating way by the front office manager, who was discourteous to my family. He also made regional remarks and tried to ridicule us for being from South India. That was offensive and discriminatory, and caused us a lot of distress. The handling of our stay was unprofessional overall. The room tariff went up midway through our stay without notice or a valid reason. GST was charged and paid for the first two days, but not charged on the third. When we asked why, we got no satisfactory explanation, which left us concerned about billing accuracy and statutory compliance. Hotels should treat guests fairly and respectfully. I urge management to investigate and take corrective action, including reviewing billing practices and training staff. After this experience, I can't recommend the hotel, particularly to families. I hope the feedback is taken seriously.

I spent a day here and found the room very dirty, with an AC that didn't work. Breakfast is pricey, for instance, an aloo paratha costs 200 rupees. Laundry is expensive too, about 200 rupees for one shirt and one pair of pants. It may be fine if you're here for business or a meeting, but I wouldn't choose it for a family.

The food was amazing, and the service was superb. Everything was really clean and hygienic.
