OYO 75463 Jkm Palace

Near Apollo Hospital, this is a good hotel. The rooms are very good, and the lobby is beautifully decorated. The helpful team is an added plus.

Jkm hotel was a good stay, with a clean room and good staff. The location is nice for families.

My daughter, son-in-law, and their baby have been staying here peacefully and comfortably for a week, with plenty of facilities. The managers, elevator attendants, and other staff are helpful and behave well. I felt at home and wish the hotel continued success. It's a nice option for families, especially because it's in the middle of so many services, including Apollo hospital, banks, market, restaurants, and medical stores. I recommend it to anyone in need.

The worst part of my trip was staying here. The locality is terrible, and there isn't a decent restaurant nearby. The washrooms were very dirty, and the rooms were small and smelly, with bed bugs, cockroaches, and broken window glass. Room service was poor, and the staff weren't responsible toward guests or willing to help with tea, coffee, meals, or anything else. And even if their staff have improved, they'd probably still be awful too 🤦‍♀️
