OYO 75351 Hotel Moon Palace Dx

The room and bathroom were both in terrible shape. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet seat was awful, and the flush didn't work. The sheets were dirty and smelled strongly. When I asked a helper to carry my bag, he said, “Mai nhi uthunga khud utha ke lejao,” meaning he wouldn't carry it and told me to take it myself. I'd already paid, so I felt I had no choice. They also asked for extra money, saying it was for taxes already included in my booking. This was my worst hotel experience. I'd sooner sleep at the railway station than book here.

I stayed one night. The room was large, which was the only good thing. The bed was hard, the toilet door wouldn't close properly, and there was no hot water for a bath. Families should avoid this place, and the low room rate shouldn't tempt you into booking. It's one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. We were told each meal thali cost 150, but after the meals were delivered, they charged us 700 for three. The staff were rude, and they took 1600 extra from me on top of my Make My Trip booking. This was the worst hotel experience I've had, and I won't return or recommend it to anyone. Please don't stay here. I'm asking people to leave bad reviews.

The room and surrounding area were filthy, with betel spit on the walls. The service was awful, so I cancelled my booking as soon as I saw the condition. Don't rely on the 4.7 rating on OYO. Getting your money refunded could turn into a real headache.
