The service was frustrating throughout my stay. When I asked for help, staff either ignored me or took far too long to respond, and the food was disappointing, with little freshness or variety. My room also had visible dust and stains, and some basic amenities were missing or didn't work. Check-in was slow and disorganized, and the staff didn't seem welcoming or attentive. For the price, I expected much better. The stay was uncomfortable, and I won't recommend this hotel. I hope management improves the facilities and customer care.

I felt very secure here, and the staff were great. Mr Vivek sir and Mr Narender sir from the manager staff were especially good. Highly recommend this hotel and its staff.

The location was great, and I liked the rooms and the service. The office manager seemed very responsible, and the staff's behavior was lovely. Cleaning and the tariff were very good too. I loved it.

The food was the letdown: it wasn't good, and it was very expensive. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and clean, and Mr Vivek and Mr Narender singh were very good staff in the reception area.
