The breakfast took almost an hour and a half to arrive. When we asked for pickle with the aalu paratha, a staff member said, "just sending," but never came back. They served bath water in a very dirty bucket that looked like it hadn't been washed since it was bought. The geyser wasn't working in the cold weather, the flush didn't work properly, and the blankets looked as if they hadn't been washed for months. The staff's behavior wasn't good either. This was my worst OYO Hotel experience so far. I think Team OYO has stopped auditing hotels. If this continues, OYO will soon lose its brand image and customers' trust.

There was no AC in the room, the room smelled bad, the bedding was dirty, and the room service phone didn't work. The front desk staff were drunk, and they denied the free breakfast listed on the website. This was the worst stay ever. Expedia should remove them from its website because this will damage Expedia's brand.

The staff were so helpful, and I was happy staying here. It's also close to the airport.

The food was average and overpriced, and I wouldn't recommend this place for families. We were three people and repeatedly asked for an extra bed, but never got one. The washroom flush didn't work, and it took the room service staff almost an hour to decide to change our room. The bedsheet and pillow covers were very untidy. Even though I checked in late, around 11 pm, I still had to deal with all that.

I booked through agora and got confirmation with free cancellation until two days before the reservation. When I arrived, the manager said they wouldn't accept my reservation and told me to cancel it and book again at the desk, which would mean losing my money. I tried to sort it out and called oyo, but they told me to call agora. Agora customer care couldn't even cancel the booking and promised to call back after checking the issue with Oyo. After that, we were able to cancel the booking. Never again, Agoda. Never again, Oyo.
