OYO 24754 Brent wood

The terrace has a great atmosphere, and you could set up a party for 20-25 people there with food served at the spots. I also liked the lawn, and the staff were helpful, even in the middle of the night. The chef makes everything to order, so the food stays fresh and tastes amazing. The hotel is really good. Worth visiting once.

I checked out the same day because the stay was so bad. I booked based on earlier reviews, and Oyo should take another look at this hotel. The location was very poor, I wasn't given a key to my room, and the toilet door wouldn't lock from inside. I was charged extra for no clear reason, which felt like a scam. The Wi-Fi and TV connection listed at booking both failed. At checkout, staff gave me attitude when I asked for a bill. I wouldn't recommend it.

The flush didn't work, even after I told them several times. There was no AC remote at first, though they brought one when I asked, and I had to go back and request a room key too. When I was checking out around 7 am, the receptionist asked for my phone. I thought he wanted to check the booking number, but he used it to leave a five-star OYO review himself. I was in a hurry and couldn't say anything then. I would have given three stars, but his behavior made it one.

It used to feel like a good deal when the hotel was new, despite being a 10 minute walk from Aerocity metro station. Now it seems heavily used and doesn't feel worth the price. The bathroom leaks, the geyser doesn't work, the sheets are worn, the TV isn't connected to cable, and the false ceiling lights in the room don't work properly. Maybe some rooms are still in good shape and you might get lucky, but I'll look elsewhere from now on.
