A disgusting hotel. They ask which website you booked through, then immediately take the listing off that site if they find a lower price elsewhere. They insist you book only through their own website so they can charge a much higher amount and, as I see it, loot you. Very bad hotel. Don't go. Bhagwan dekh rahe hai aisa mat karo. I'd give zero stars if I could. Don't cheat or commit fraud.

The staff were friendly and the service was good. The location was okay, and the rooms were clean, though the bathroom could use improvement.

At Hotel Mayur Assam Delhi, the room and especially the toilet were extremely dirty. The bed and towels were dirty too, and there were cockroaches and other insects around the room. Service was terrible, and the staff were rude. A terrible experience, this place deserves zero stars.

I’d give this minus stars if I could. After I arrived for my online booking, the person at reception said they wouldn’t honor the accepted rate and told me to cancel and book directly at a higher price. They kept arguing and wanted me to call the online booking people myself. I was left waiting for 90 minutes. Avoid this place.

They set the room price at Rs1500, then charged me Rs2000 plus tax when I arrived. When I questioned it, they argued without a sound reason. The manager and staff were rude and mannerless. Hot water only came in a bucket because the taps had no running hot water, and the desk manager stayed busy with internal matters instead of prioritizing guests. I wouldn’t recommend it, and it didn’t feel safe for a family.
