The staff were courteous, and the toilets and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The location is good, and the dormitory is fine. The single non-AC rooms are cubicles, only 8 by 4, with side walls that don’t reach the ceiling. Noise and light come straight in from the next room, which makes it really hard to sleep.

The rooms were clean, but very small and basic, with no windows. Both the AC and fan were stuck on a single setting, so it was either too cold and loud or too hot. Neither made for a good night’s sleep. It’s suitable as a budget place, but we wanted somewhere more comfortable.

A nice dormitory hall, with a clean bed and a locker for each bed. It’s only a few steps from Grant road railway station. I highly recommend it for a stay.

Although a single bed room wasn’t available, they showed me the dormitory hall, and what a wonderful place it was. The service people and accommodation operation people were so nice, and the staff were kind. Housekeeping was well maintained, and the food was delicious enough to make it feel like home. For security, you can leave precious items or ornaments at reception. Best experience ever.
