I paid a lot for one mistake, and I won't forget this stay. I tried to get warm water in Delhi in mid-November, but the water heater shocked me twice, so I had to manage with cold water. The hotel owner advised me not to pay through websites, then gave me a room without a blanket. I left early the next morning. Agoda customer support was no help, and I was left waiting outside the hotel gates in the freezing cold at midnight.

There is Wi-Fi, and room service came straight away. There isn't a kitchen, though, so they bring parathas from somewhere outside. Breakfast arrived very late, around 10:15-10:45.

The bathroom ceiling was mouldy and sagging, and the buckets and mugs looked like they hadn't been cleaned. The geyser was rushed, broken, and noisy when switched on. There were no bedsheets or pillow covers, and they didn't provide a comforter for Delhi's winter.

It was a peaceful place to stay, and check-in and checkout were hassle-free. Hotel Mayur Palace staff were humble and polite, and I got full support from them. A lovely place to stay.

The hotel was really stinky. Bathrooms smelled in almost every room, and cleanliness was poor. Not recommended at all.
