OYO 24943 Hotel Airport Zone Olive

The hotel itself was clean and good, but the staff were very rude and seemed to take advantage whenever they could. We booked for a wedding, and one or two guests sometimes caused noise and discomfort. That sort of thing isn’t unusual in hospitality, but instead of handling it appropriately, the staff made things difficult for everyone else in our booking. A friend arrived after an overnight train journey, and they wouldn’t let him check in. They kept him and us waiting in the lobby for over two hours and wouldn’t even let him freshen up. It spoiled our stay, and I wouldn’t recommend the place. For context, the guest who caused the mess admitted the mistake graciously and paid the amount they asked for without bargaining.

We were seven people on a family trip and had booked two family rooms for one night, each meant to have two double beds. Instead, they gave us standard rooms. The towels were dirty, there were oil stains on the sheets, and the blanket was just a cover with no blanket inside. When we asked them to replace the sheets and blanket, they ignored us. It was already around midnight and we had a flight the next morning, so we didn’t argue much. The staff were rude, and we had a terrible experience. They seemed clever in a bad way, provided poor service, and were looting guests.

This was my second stay, and the staff were rude again. I booked a classic room like last time, but they demanded extra money because they’d given us a deluxe room without telling us beforehand. There were cockroaches, stains on the paint, and the shower didn’t work. The staff and management were awful. I’m never going back, and they should have told us about the room change in advance.

At check-in, they took our phone, supposedly to check an error, name, or booking ID. Without telling us, they gave themselves a 5-star rating. It’s disgusting to see them try to attract customers with ratings guests don’t know about. Hotel Olive, OYO24943, wasn’t worth staying at. There was no proper room service, no hot water, and the telephone didn’t work for questions. The complimentary breakfast service was delayed and offered just one dish, not what we wanted. Be careful before booking.
