I booked through Booking.com, where the terms clearly said payment would be due at check-in. Afterward, a hotel staff member, Mr. Jitendra Singh Rawat, kept calling and insisting on an advance, saying my reservation would otherwise be cancelled. I said I’d pay when I checked in, as agreed in the booking. The hotel cancelled it just one night before my scheduled stay.

It was convenient to get around because the hotel is close to a metro station. Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff responded quickly when we needed help, and breakfast was well prepared and served.

For the price, this hotel was very good. The staff were kind and super helpful, and the buffet restaurant’s tasty food changed from one day to the next. Our room was bigger than the ones at our other stays, with a clean bathroom and a comfortable temperature.

I paid ₹3600 mainly for the room, and I regret booking here. We’d already arrived, but the crowded area, full of workers with a cheap mentality, put us off so much that we didn’t even want to go inside. The location was the worst, and from every angle it felt like a poor choice and a waste of money. The agents’ and hotel people’s numbers weren’t active, and they aren’t going to refund my amount.
