The rooms are spacious and well built, and the place is affordable and close to New Delhi Railway Station. But daily cleaning never happened, even after I asked repeatedly. The AC barely worked despite the extra charge, most staff lacked courtesy, and the lifts were often shut while our room was on the third floor. Cars and autos can’t reach the hostel through the narrow lanes. We arrived by train in the morning and were allowed to check in early without being told there’d be a fee. At checkout, they demanded extra money for it, and we had no choice but to pay. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The bathroom was clean, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the room size was up to the mark. It’s near New Delhi Railway Station, too. Room service was the one thing I disliked because it was very slow. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The staff were polite and supportive, and service was very quick. The bathroom did have a foul smell, and ventilation in the room was a little limited, but for Paharganj it’s a nice place. The rooms are good for the price, while Goibibo and MakeMyTrip charge so much more. Low price, good value.

For 1200/- per day, there are better options near Delhi station. I booked two rooms from 28th Dec 2017 to 31st dec and wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. The rooms didn’t match the photos online, the AC didn’t work, and there was no wall mirror. The room and toilet smelled, and getting drinking water meant calling several times. Very bad service.

We arrived very late, and quickly found the staff extremely unpleasant and not helpful at all. The room was tiny and could have been cleaner, the toilet was destroyed, and the walls and doors were scraped up. The area is loud, crowded, and dusty. We paid more than at other hotels nearby, and it wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anybody.
