The room itself was good, but the hotel didn't provide towels, toiletries, or drinking water. We asked, and they said they'd send them, but nobody came back. At checkout, they told us we should have ordered drinking water for our stay.

The room we got wasn't the one shown, and the ACs didn't work. The location was very bad, the price was unreasonable, and the staff were awful and wouldn't listen. This was a complete waste. I'd ask everyone not to book here.

The rooms are really clean and spacious, and I don't think you can find better for that price. The service took far too much chasing, though. I had to follow up every time, and even one cup of tea took an hour. I'd give it five stars if housekeeping responded faster.

The room and view were lovely, and it was a good base for exploring the city. My family and I stayed at Hsp Suites delhi and were treated like royal guests. We stayed at the royal inn, which was extremely nice.

The food was good, and the service was consistently nice throughout our stay. We had a nice time, and I hope to come back. I'd recommend the same hotel to my friends too.
