Hotel Hill Palace

All the hotel staff behaved well, and the hotel was neat and clean. I stayed here and enjoyed it.

The room itself was good: clean sheets, a tidy room and washroom, and the window AC cooled it well enough. But the receptionist's behavior was shockingly bad. I was in a hurry while checking out and paid for a water bottle, which I thought should've been complimentary but was willing to pay for, by scanning the QR code on the reception table. A man with a French beard, whose name I don't know, started yelling at me for using that particular QR code without asking. I told him it was right in front of me on the reception table. He said this wasn't a tea shop where I could scan and pay anywhere, and spoke to me in a rude, unprofessional way. I ask the owner to address this. A receptionist who can't speak to customers with basic courtesy is putting the hotel's reputation at risk. How guests are treated matters, and an ill-mannered, arrogant person like this can hurt the business regardless of the services offered. I definitely wouldn't recommend a hotel where the receptionist ruins your day like that.

Marshal, the owner of Trip Teasers India, organized our family's Delhi trip from beginning to end. We were 10 people, and even our last-minute changes were handled smoothly. We really enjoyed the stay, and had clean rooms and free Wi-Fi too. I'd recommend them for stays in Delhi and at other places during the trip.

Our family had a lovely stay and enjoyed the hotel. It's an easy five-minute walk to Karolbagh metro station, Ajmal Khan road, and gaffar market. The rooms were very clean, and I'd recommend this place.
