Treebo Arabica Valley-Coffee Plantation Retreat

The food was fresh, tasty, and home-style, and the staff were polite, attentive, and ready to help. Arabica Valley is clean and well maintained, with a thoughtful design that makes the stay comfortable while keeping you close to nature. Coffee plantations, hills, fresh air, and lovely views surround this quiet place. It’s a great spot to unwind away from city life, and I’d recommend it to families, couples, or groups looking for a peaceful getaway. A memorable stay.

We had to give up our bonfire plans and stay in our room because there was no intervention or control from management. With our 2-year-old and three ladies in the group, the situation felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. Some of the people were shirtless, which made it worse. At around 9 PM, more than 10 friends of the reception staff gathered in the bonfire area. They shouted, played cricket, put on loud music, and acted in a very unruly way. This was a horrible experience and completely unacceptable at a family-friendly resort. I wouldn’t recommend Treebo Arabica Valley – Coffee Plantation Retreat to families.

We wanted somewhere quiet to spend time together, and Arabica Valley worked out really well. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite. There was no sense of being rushed, so it was easy to relax and disconnect. Greenery and coffee plants give the property a peaceful, unhurried feel. We enjoyed morning walks through the plantation and time to talk without distractions. The evening campfire was special in the cold, quiet surroundings. A good choice for couples looking for peace, highly recommended.

The rooms are good and the location is convenient, with easy access to all the main places. But that didn’t make up for the lack of basics. We were there for one day and had no electricity for around 80% of the time. There’s no kitchen, so no tea or coffee, and we had to ask several times for towels, soap, and water without the hotel team providing them. Treebo displays a board listing a shaving kit, soap, and hand wash, but those weren’t provided either. I read similar feedback from others in gorgeous review, too. I’d ask Treebo and the hotel team to arrange basic facilities so guests can stay comfortably. Staff and Vinay, the hotel manager, were irresponsible and did not address customer issues.
