ITC Royal Bengal, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Kolkata

We had a smooth, stress free stay at ITC Royal Bengal. Check-in and check-out were easy, and staff were polite, professional, and quick to help with requests. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plush bedding, thoughtful amenities, elegant interiors, and a nice view. Everything was clean and well maintained. The property’s grand architecture and palace-like lobby make a strong first impression. There’s also a well-kept pool, spa, and fitness center, and the location connects conveniently to major parts of Kolkata. Breakfast had a lavish range of Indian and international food, and the in-house restaurants were impressive too. A luxurious, memorable stay for business or leisure.

The in-room dining menu is fairly limited, but the food quality and quick service made up for that. Service elsewhere during the stay was efficient as well. I also had a relaxing, professionally conducted treatment at Kaya Kalp spa. A comfortable mix of luxury and attentive service, and a good pick for either a business or leisure stay.

The buffet at ITC Royal Bengal had a broad selection of Indian and international food, all well presented and very good in quality. The flavors were balanced, and service stayed attentive and courteous. The elegant interiors and grand, royal feel made the visit stand out. A lovely setting for luxury dining in Kolkata if you enjoy good food.

The business setup worked well for me. My room was quiet and comfortable, with a solid desk, and check-in was quick. Staff were professional, and Maitreyee from customer support was very helpful when I needed assistance. The location was handy for meetings and nearby dining. I stayed in a serviced apartment for five days and found it the best stay I’ve had. Everything felt carefully arranged for guests, from the very large dining area divided into east, west, north, and south Indian sections to separate Chinese and British breakfast sections. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the breakfast had a great range of freshly prepared Indian and international options. The staff were warm and ready to help, and the grand architecture and elegant interiors gave the place a luxurious feel. I’d happily return to ITC Royal Bengal.
