Hotel Anjani Dham

The location is good, and the rooms are decent, though some of the washrooms could be more hygienic. The main problems for me were the poor food and the bad attitude from staff at both reception and the restaurant. They barely listen or do what’s needed, and the whole approach seems more focused on making bills than providing service. Prices are around the market rate, not cheap, so paying the going rate, I expected decent service. What we got was below standard.

At Rs. 1500 per night, the rooms were clean and the bathroom was clean too, with towels and soap. The simple food was nice, and it came without onion and garlic. The AC wasn’t cooling properly. They called an electrician, but it still didn’t cool the room effectively.

The rooms are really nice, and the whole place looks beautiful. It’s a wonderful place.

For 1.5 grands, I thought it was an okay property. The price was reasonable and the location decent, though it’s a little way from the temple itself, so you need to take your vehicle there. Rooms were average, there was no view or complimentary water, and the washrooms were just okay. The linen was reasonably clean.
